I love viewing and studying homes and neighborhoods.   My passion is in analyzing a community and why it holds its value over time.  My passion is examining the love and care evident in a home over the years or even seeing the possibilities of a diamond in the rough.

With an average of 20 homes per week, and over 100 homes per month that I personally preview, I save my clients time by eliminating homes from their search list that aren't quite what they appear to be online.   You don't have to be in the market long to realize many homes aren't nearly as nice as the photos sometimes make them out to be.   Save yourself the disappointment and wasted time.   Additionally, not only does this save you time, it saves you money because by knowing the market better than my peers I come into a negotiation from a position of knowledge and strength and there is no better position in the world when it comes to negotiation tactics.  That's the kind of representation you want whether you are buying or selling real estate.
