Vuecrest is a beautifully laid out community within the large and growing city of Bellevue. Vuecrest was the first modern subdivision developed in the area and was incorporated in 1947. It still has its original character but with many updated homes.
The streets of Vuecrest are large and windy in order to capture tremendous views of either the Seattle or Bellevue Skyline. There are approximately 204 homes with an average lot size of about 12,000 square feet. Residents enjoy a short walking distance to downtown Bellevue and close driving distance to downtown Seattle. Families send their kids to highly ranked Bellevue Christian, Bellevue High School, or other Bellevue School District schools.
There are miles of sidewalks surrounding the neighborhood that can take you into the Bellevue shopping areas and eateries or down to waterfront access on Lake Washington. Clyde Beach Park is one of the many park areas that are a short walk from Vuecrest. Here you can go swimming and fishing off the dock, take the family to the playground area, or sit on the large grass hill and picnic areas. Clyde Beach Park also has a boathouse that is open to the public.
Many of the homes in Vuecrest are exquisitely designed estates that offer amazing panoramic views. The Vuecrest neighborhood is kept wonderfully landscaped and is a private getaway from the city.
