  • I know what it is like first hand, to be a first time home buyer, buying as a nervous single person, as well as trying to compromise with a spouse.   I have also been on the selling end of a personal transaction and know the ups and downs with all of those scenarios.
  • I come from a family of builders, real estate agents, and appraisers so I have insight to the new construction market and building processes as well as connections to builders and remodelors.
  • I am involved with the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Portland Metropolitan Home Builders Association, and the Oregon Chapter Council of Residential Specialists, all of which allow me to keep a good pulse on the housing industry and educate myself on the latest Real Estate trends and information.
  • I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a business minor from Western Oregon University.
  • I have obtained certification in New Construction Sales and I am currently working to obtain my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) certification.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A city girl with a country heart, I spent the early years of my life in Idaho, and I have been an Oregonian since 1985, the majority of that time living in the Portland-Metro area.
  • I bring to the table my ability to contribute my outstanding communication and people skills with 20+ years of combined customer service and sales experience, a strong work ethic that includes integrity, teamwork, a positive attitude, lots of patience, as well as perserverance.
  • My employment background includes working in the pharmaceutical field, the auto industry in advertising and sales, and the fitness industry as a health consultant, membership sales counselor, and a corporate fitness manager, all of which allowed me the opportunity to work with a variety of people.
  • I want to make every effort to make sure your entire transaction goes smoothly.
