Background: I have been a Real Estate Professional since 1972. Before re-locating to sunny Sequim in 1996 I enjoyed a 24 year career in Albuquerque NM. For part of that time I owned my own office. After interviewing many firms in Sequim, it became clear to me that the John L. Scott Sequim office best aligned with my values, i.e. quality service for my clients (buyers or sellers). Qualifications: I continue to stay abreast of new laws and technologies associated with real estate. Over the years I have earned many designations and have been named managing broker of the John L. Scott Sequim Office. I served two terms as president of the Sequim Association of Realtors and in 2009 was named Realtor of the Year.

While no one can predict when a turnaround will occur I try to counsel my clients to stay ahead of the market. Be aware of current financing practices (if buying, get pre-qualified), anticipate interest rate changes, and keep abreast of market values.
Dreams to Reality: I pledge to my clients to do everything I can to turn their Dreams into Reality. Whether it is selling so they can relocate closer to distant family or finding that very special retirement home on the Spectacular Olympic Peninsula that becomes my Goal.
