            Welcome to North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

It's a great place to live or vacation to.  I have lived in the Priest River/ Newport Washington area for approximately 23 years. I have 3 children. They have all graduated high school in Priest River. I have re- married and enjoy the  time that I can spend with my ever busy family.  I chose this area to live in because of the beauty of the mountains, lakes and surrounding areas. The community is another reason. The vast majority of the people here are very caring and giving folks. Some one will always be there to lend a helping hand.
          I chose Real Estate as my profession 9 1/2 years ago, because I thoroughly enjoy working with the public. I believe in commitment to my customers and clients. I will work very hard in finding that home or land that you want. I look forward to meeting new people as well as working with people that I have known for years.  I am  licensed in both Washington and Idaho, This way I can help my clients in both states. (The government has extended the  First Time homebuyers credit  of $8000 and implemented another great credit of $6500.00 for others. With this location, you are close to everything you might want or need. Miles and miles of trails for snowmobiling, 4 -wheeling, hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, golfing and the list goes on.
