I practiced Real Estate primarily on the eastside representing both Buyers and Sellers. I was a member of the Company Relocation Team where I worked with Buyers from out of state acquainting them with the different communities on the eastside. I was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1990 based on sales performance.

2002-2009 Licensed Broker in the State of Washington

In 2002, I became the Managing Broker for the John L. Scott, Monroe Office. In 2003, our office received the Award for Gross Sales Comparison Year to Date with 209% growth. In 2009, we were the number one office in market share in our area. I have managed an office of 50 agents and have overseen more than 1000 transactions.

I am also a member of the John L. Scott Career Development Council where I currently teach the new agent training and the State Certified Practices for continued education required for all Washington Sales Associates. Areas of specialty include Listing Forms, Law of Agency, Buyer Agency and Washington State Purchase and Sale Agreements.

I currently work in the Woodiville Office and cover most of the eastside and east Snohomish County.
