Experience & Background:

I have been in & around real estate for 25 years. I've worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor; a Property Management Assistant; for a pest control/inspection company and my husband is a Remodeling Contractor. My parents have owned advertising & marketing companies since I was a child, and as their Office Manager for many years, I naturally learned a lot about marketing.

Additionally, I assisted an attorney on a case that lasted 10 years. These experiences make me uniquely qualified to be a successful real estate agent. I know about houses, loans, how to market a product and how to successfully negotiate & manage complicated transactions to closing. Between my husband's business as a Remodeling Contractor and mine as a Realtor, "we do houses!"

While born & raised in Seattle (I’ve lived in 7 different Seattle neighborhoods), I have now lived in the South Puget Sound area (specifically Kent) for 15 years. Having been voted "Best of Kent Realtor" in 2008 & 2009, I know the people & places of Kent!
