How I work

I have been in the real estate business over 11 years.

I've found that most Real Estate agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business.  They make cold calls, knock on doors,  send mass mailings, advertise and some even sit in their office waiting for a call.  I don't do any of that, I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction.  All I ask is that while I'm working for you, I would like you to refer me to people of comparable character to yourself who are thinking of the type of service that I provide and would appreciate the same level of attention.  That way if my clients keep referring me, instead of prospecting for new leads like everyone else, I can do an even better job working for you.
