My Client Care Manager (and Licensed Agent) Mary Rosner, tends to all the details of your contract from acceptance to closing so nothing slips through the cracks, maintaining constant communication with lenders, inspectors, title agents, appraisers, etc., assuring you a smooth transaction all the way to closing! Mary also coordinates the marketing of your home to its fullest extent until an accepted contract is received. She handles all the duties such as flyers and advertisements.

My Buyer Agent, Samantha Russell, helps my large pool of buyers find the right home. My Buyer Partner focus 100% of their time and effort on prospective buyers. With the TEAM concept, my Buyer Partner and I are able to work with many buyers, which would be impossible for the traditional agent.
