I take seriously the needs of my clients. Whether that client's need be the sale or purchase of a home, land, etc., I treat each client individually and will always put the needs of the client first; treating him and /or her ethically and with honesty.
With sellers I take into account not only current market conditions, but the motivation of the client. I work with sellers to establish a realistic marketing price with the expectation that they, the sellers, will gain as much as they can within their expectations.
With buyers this work ethic translates into taking into account their resources, their time frame and their motivation to take as long as they need to find them the most home or property for the money.
Never will I pressure a client just to make a sale. I also believe in giving back to my community. I have coached, served as a board member for, and sponsored various youth sports for years. I have served in my church and I was appointed by the County Commisioners to serve on Kitsap County Parks Advisory Board.
