Meet Sandy Flynn

Sandy participated in the founding of Providence Point in Issaquah, the first “Active Independent Retirement Community” in western Washington. She understands the needs of seniors who wish to downsize. Sandy and her John L. Scott partner Barb Simonson have teamed up to offer guidance and resources to help people make the transition from a large to a smaller home.
“I enjoy working with new buyers,” Sandy says, “as well as helping seasoned buyers and sellers make the best choice when it comes to their next home.”
Sandy’s clients understand the importance of a trusting relationship with their agent. They enjoy referring Sandy to their friends. These referrals have helped Sandy become one of John L. Scott’s top salespersons every year since she joined the agency in 2002. Sandy provides a large network of resources within the senior community to help her clients buy and sell their homes.
Sandy and her husband fell in love with the Pacific Northwest after moving from Michigan with their three children almost 30 years ago. Using her keen negotiation skills, she persuaded the rest of her family, including her twin brother, siblings and parents, to join her in Washington state. Now she is happily surrounded by her family, one of the most important interests in her life, and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren. When she’s not thinking real estate, Sandy is in the kitchen cooking or spending time at the family cabin and staying active.
