I am a native Washingtonian and believe there is no place more desirable to live than the beautiful Northwest. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional I worked as a 911 Supervisor/Dispatcher where I learned to listen and pay close attention to details. I am also a Veteran of the United States Air Force. My niche is residential real estate. I primarily focus in Snohomish and King county but have Listed and sold properties in Skagit, Island , and Whatcom counties. I am experienced with short sales, REO properties, Fannie Mae Reo homes(Homepath), HUD, and USDA. USDA is still offering the zero down home ownership program. I take time weekly to tour inventory and new construction enabling me to provide educated pricing for buyers and sellers. I am never too busy to help a new client and referrals are the highest compliment anyone can provide.
