Planning Commission RecruitmentThe City of La Pine is currently recruiting interested citizens to serve as Planning Commission members. The City recently passed a Planning Commission ordinance, which will become effective October 10, 2008, establishing the City’s first Planning Commission. The La Pine Planning Commission will consist of 5 members, 4 of whom must be residents of the City with 1 additional member from the larger community area. That member can live outside the city limits but must reside within 5 miles of the city limits boundary.
