They volunteer with the National MS Society, Northwest Harvest, Seattle Community for Youth at Risk, West Seattle Senior Center and have mentored youth in the Seattle Public Schools. Lori has served as a board member for both  Seattle Community for Youth at Risk and Seattle King County Board of Realtors. She currently serves on their budget and operations committee. Jose has served on the Seattle King County Board of Realtors Planning and Cultural Diversity committees.
