January- $230,000, February- $238,750, March- $245,000 and down less than 5,000 from a year ago! Values are going up- and going up FAST. Meanwhile, inventory is continuing to shrink as buyers continue to increase. All Active Listings go as follows- January- 2,638, February- 2,407, March- 2,175, a decrease of 1,544 from a year ago. Closed Sales- January- 487, February- 594, March- 707, an increase of 47 over a year ago.
