Where do you really want to live?

There are many great deals in many great neighborhoods in and around Seattle, Bellevue, and the rest of the Eastside.  Maybe it is time to take house hunting to the next level with me and get ready to start living.

I am dialed into many neighborhoods on both sides of Lake Washington.  The Lake Hills region of Bellevue is one of my favorites since I grew up there.  Running a messenger business out of Seattle for many years made me appreciate all of the fun neighborhoods like Ballard, Ravenna, View Ridge, Queen Anne, Wedgewood, Capital Hill, Magnolia, and Alki.  Quite a few of the older homes are beautiful.  The Craftsman Bungalows are my favorites.

What criteria creates the best balance in your life?  Let me know and I will direct you to some great options.  Would you like to ride your bike to work, live near a big park, be closer to friends, walk to pubs or restaurants, have stores nearby that cater to specific dietary needs, get a bigger garage for your toys, or maybe your dog requests an off-leash park.  Whatever you want, let's find it!
