Ginny Smethers has been duly licensed and practicing in the State of Washington since 1993 as a residential real estate agent.  She has personal experience as a landlord and property manager.  Her current area of expertise is in the marketing and sales of residential properties in and around the Pierce County area.  Her past career fields have covered contracts administration and accounting functions which have greatly enhanced her ability to deftly manage the myriad of transactions details so you don't have to.
