Ken Hoffman, Principal Broker for John L. Scott Real Estate is a 4^th generation Clackamas County Oregonian and a Army veteran and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 40 years. Over the years,  Ken has won numerous sales awards including 6^th largest Dollar Producer for The Portland Million Dollar Club in 1993 and for several years a Platinum member of The Million Dollar Club (over $5 million per year) in production and has been president of the Clackamas County Board of Realtors and their Million Dollar Club.

Active in North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce and served on their Board of Directors and was their Business Person of the Year in 2002.  A charter member of Rotary Club of Clackamas and is a Paul Harris fellow.

Ken and Carolyn have been married for over 36 years and have a son, Matt, and a daughter, Carli and he has 3 grandsons. Ken and Carolyn live in Milwaukie, OR and enjoy boating on the Willamette river, traveling (Carolyn is a Travel Agent), golfing and hot rods. Ken’s 40 Ford has won 1^st place in class at the Portland Roadster Show.

Today Ken still enjoys the Real Estate business and specializes in unique and special properties of all types.  Ken has sold  AAA their site on Sunnyside, The Clackamas River Racket Club, assembled property for Fred Meyer Store and has put together and sold homes in many subdivisions. One-of-a-kind properties like the historic Sam Jackson log home with 6 acres on 1800’ of Clear Creek frontage along with various homes on the Willamette and the Clackamas River.
