When she first moved out to Washington State, she went to work for a timeshare developer in Bellevue by the name of Vacation Internationale and learned the art of negotiation in her role as sales agent.

Saundra came to be licensed in Real Estate when she moved from developer timeshare sales to specialize in Timeshare Resales in 1995 for the Holiday Group. By 1997 she went on to open her own set of brokerages in WA, OR, and AZ, all specializing in Timeshare Resales. After 13 years, 3 brokerages in 3 States and personally consistently selling over a million dollars in Resales annually she moved her license to John L Scott Real Estate to expand her services to include residential Real Estate in Washington State.
