I started in Residential Construction Lending. I am very familiar with the home building process. I have built my own home from the ground up and remodeled several others. I know what the level of finish quality should be relative to the price offered on new construction. This knowledge helps my clients in purchasing the best home for their money. My remodeling experience has provided me with vision and resources to aid my clients throughout the decision making process.
