We have been Boise residents for over three decades. Our original business was Peter Schott's in the Idanha Hotel in downtown Boise, a four **** restaurant featured in many magazines, with a reputation for impeccable service and delicious food. We operated our restaurant for approximately 30 years with love and great success. Peter is a fabulous master chef and still loves to cook dinner every evening. Our second restaurant "Sports Pub and Grill" was operated by us for 9 years. Besides the restaurants we also had a cooking show on Channel 2 called, what else, "The Channel 2 Chef" for about 8 years.
