ANOTHER LETTER

Our journey began in November with Joe finding houses that fit the criteria for the one I was hoping to find.  Since I’m not the easiest to help find a house, Joe had his work cut out for him.  My house had to have a garage, be at least two bedrooms, and be something I would be proud of owning – AND all within my price range.  (Any agent can find houses that are for sale, but Joe found the one I would want to buy!)  In the three months or so of searching we went through many houses.  Of those many, we put offers on several of them, but finally we found THE one.  When we were in it, we both just knew it.  “This is the one” we told each other.  Because the price range I am buying in has a lot of competition, I was nervous about getting this house.  It was a good thing I had Joe on my team.  He worked his magic and despite there being another offer $2,000 higher than mine, WE GOT THE HOUSE! 

God has blessed me in many, many ways; one of those ways was finding Joe and his finding this house.
