Martha Ellis joined her husband at John L. Scott in 1991.  After 18 years as a Realtor, she has had the opportunity to be involved in nearly every aspect of the residential real estate market. Experience is the best teacher, and Martha knows how to anticipate problems in order to successfully close the transaction for her clients.

    Martha graduated from the University of Riverside in California with a Masters Degree in English.  After a successful teaching career, she married Rick and joined him as a Sales Associate at John L. Scott.  Martha's skills as an educator translated very well into the field of real estate: communication, multi-tasking, record keeping, and creative thinking.

   Martha will always treat you as if you are her only client.  Her professionalism and ethics guide her everyday.  She was John L. Scott's first recipient of the "Horizon Award," an award that is voted upon by one's peers and is presented to that agent considered to possess the highest ethical traits.  She has received this award more than once!
