Hello! I am Kym Boettner-VanMersbergen, Realtor with our Bellingham John L Scott office. I have been a Realtor in Whatcom County for over 16 years. I have combined my passion for horses, ranching and farming with my love of real estate by specializing in farm, ranch and equestrian properties. I am a true Whatcom County local, born and raised here in Bellingham along with the last 5 generations of my family. Our area, I believe, is the greatest place to live. We have so many amazing things; beaches, lakes, rivers, mountains, the ocean, miles of trails for riding and a wonderful equine community, it's truly a paradise. This is one reason I enjoy real estate so much. No matter what you enjoy to do, we can find the perfect property for you right here in Whatcom County. I currently own 3 horses of my own, and have been riding and training since I was 4 years old. I am currently the superintendent for the Whatcom County 4H horse program. Helping our local 4H kids learn and grow with their animals is indescribable joy. I am a member of Nooksack Valley Riders, officer for Whatcom County 4H Horse Leaders, and a board member for The Herman Miller 4H horse park.
Equestrian properties are my passion! I focus on the beautiful land we have in Whatcom County, Washington and North Skagit County, Washington.
