WHO I AM

I have had various careers, starting with bookkeping (10 years), purchasing agent for a wholesale hardware company (17 years), and have been in real estate sales since 1988.  Inserted in the middle of these experiences was some construction projects, ownership and development of commercial property, where Safeco Field now is among others.  She is currently serving the JLS Green Lake office as Office Manager.  Alida's Real Estate experience includes multi family, commercial, and residential real estate. 

I have  lived in the View Ridge area of North East Seattle since 1973, and am an ardent organic garderner.  Among other things I  am  member of the  Kiwanis.  I love dogs and share my  home with rescued Bealges, Buster and Lily.

WHAT I DO-I seek to help people with their real estate needs, to help them achieve their goals,and  to help our agents be more productive in helping their clients.  It's all about the client and their needs.
