What is the process for obtaining a Real Estate License in Idaho?

1. Complete and pass the 90-hour pre-license class at IREC.  Or go to: Idaho.gov for more information.
2. Interview Brokers/Get hired by a John L. Scott Broker (this may be done while still in school).
3. Schedule and pass the national and state exams.
4. Join your local, state, and national Association of Realtors®.
