Don Guy is a 25 year veteran of the commercial sales and leasing arena.  Don and his wife Bonnie relocated to Oregon in 1999 after selling his interest in one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms in Austin, Texas.

Over the course of his career Don has purchased and sold and/or leased over 100 investment properties, acting as either general partner and/or real estate agent.  His personal investment portfolio has included, retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties.

Don held the position of Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager for over 20 years and was one of the highest producing agents in his firm.  

After relocating to the Applegate Valley Don spent the better part of his initial 2 years in the area reviewing the potential for commercial real estate activity in Southern and Central Oregon.
