 Erik Hand is the President of Response Mortgage Services, John L. Scott Real Estate’s in-house lender. Erik joined Response Mortgage in 2003 as Vice President and was promoted to President in 2005. Prior to joining Response, Erik worked with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company in Woodland Hills, California, followed by Residential Alliance and Homeside Lending, also based in California. In 2003, Erik relocated to the Pacific Northwest with his family to work for Response Mortgage Services. Erik is responsible for the integration of Response Mortgage Services into John L. Scott offices. He is also very focused on improving information sharing, in order to provide agents and consumers with an exceptional one-stop shopping experience.
