Tim Waynne, Director of Franchise Development   Tim Wynne - Vice President Franchise Development

Tim Wynne is Vice President Franchise Development for John L. Scott, bringing more than 20 years of experience in franchise real estate sales.  Tim came to John L. Scott by way of Henderson, Nevada and RE/MAX International, Inc. where he was a Franchise Sales Consultant for Nevada, Utah and the Silicon Valley/Central Coast of California. Previously, Tim was affiliated with Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions, Stewart Realty Solutions, GMAC, and Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.  Tim was born in Spokane, Washington and began his franchise sales career in the Northwest in 1989. As Vice President Franchise Development, he helps to lead John L. Scott’s acquisitions of competitors for both company-owned and franchise divisions seeking out opportunities for John L. Scott to grow on a selective basis.
 
Terry Kohlstrand, Management Consultant   Terry Kohlstrand - Management Consultant

Terry Kohlstrand has served as a Management Consultant for JLSREA since December, 2009.  His extensive experience in real estate management and real estate franchising spans more than 35 years.  Terry previously served as Senior Vice President of Better Homes & Gardens and Director of Franchise Sales for RE/MAX of California & Hawaii.  He joined JLSREA in 2005 and served as President until November, 2009.  Terry’s primary responsibilities include franchisee communications and contacts and locating new business affiliations and merger/acquisitions/management consulting with JLSREA in Washington. 

 
Paul Jackson, Management Consultant   Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson has been a Management Consultant for JLSREA since August 1996.  He has more than 33 years of real estate operations and real estate franchising experience.  From 1989 to 1995, Paul was Regional Director for ERA Northwest - a region that included a five state area.  Paul’s primary responsibilities include franchisee relations and business growth through new affiliations and merger/acquisitions/management consulting with existing Members in Oregon and Idaho. 


   Charity Goetzinger
- Senior Affiliate Services Manager/Management Consultant

Ms. Goetzinger has held the position of Senior Affiliate Services Manager since October 2008. Before joining JLSREA, Ms. Goetzinger held different management positions with GE Capital and received several performance awards. She also served on a State of Colorado School Improvement Advisory Team under Gov. Roy Romer. Ms. Goetzinger has prior experience with the John L. Scott Salem office and the John L. Scott Sammamish Office. She joined the John L. Scott Washington Services Center in June 2005 and has served as Washington Residential Administrator, Director of Washington Residential Operations and JLSREA Program Trainer.
