Please see local links below!  Living in the Northwest for over 30 years has afforded me the luxury of learning the area well.  I lived in Spokane, Washington for 10 years.  I grew up in Oldtown, Idaho and currently live in Rathdrum, Idaho.  I have been married to my husband Jim for 23 years, and we have an 18 year old son. 

My goal is to find the perfect property for my customers by utilizing technology to its fullest extent.  By subscribing to email on my cell phone and utilitizing automatic email delivery to my client's email, my clients have been very happy in finding their desired property. 

Every listing that I have has a virtual tour and an individual website.  I would enjoy marketing your property too!  Once I list a property and make it active, it is on nine to 12 websites. 

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho, I am a certified teacher and a licensed REALTOR^® in both Idaho and Washington. Over the past 20 years, I have remodeled homes and rental properties, built pole buildings and houses from start to finish, short plat subdivided property, written timber plans for timber exemptions, and written water plans for shared wells.  I have an accounting background as well as experience with selling my own business.
