I am a very tech savvy agent, having been involved in the internet for the last eight years, as an internet marketer and business owner. While most real estate agents are struggling with how to use the technology, I have been using and evolving with it for many years.

My goal, in working with buyers, is to reduce stress and confusion throughout the whole process.

You can start your search for homes on John L. Scott.com. When you have questions, call or email me and I will respond quickly. I can also send you a relocation packet through the mail, or you can view the extensive relocation section on my website, jonwoolley.com.  After we have narrowed down the list of candidates, typically we will tour 8-10 homes that seem to fit your needs.

Once we have found your 'dream' home, we will begin crafting an offer. I'll take time to explain the paperwork to you, the home buying process, and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss comparable homes in the area, and what I think fair market value is.  When you understand the whole process, including the financing and inspection contingencies, we'll write up the offer.

After the offer is submitted to the seller's agent, I'll negoiate aggressively for you, and once we have an accepted offer, I'll make sure we close on time and with minimal stress.

During and after your move, I'll continue to work with you as you settle in and do whatever I can to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
