Description of this Beautiful Area and Your Agent Find Northwest life at it's best right here in Sequim! Our rainfall is less than 20 inches a year, the temperature is mild, and the people are friendly. Treat yourself to our everyday enjoyment from mountains to seashore; with everything in-between our valley is filled with incredible scenic beauty. Come on - stop dreaming and move to Sequim. It's the apple of Washington's eye. This year I celebrate my 22nd anniversary in real estate sales (2008). I began my career in a suburb of Boston, MA called Jamaica Plain and from there moved to Baranoff Island in southeast Alaska, that sweet little town of Sitka. I've sold beautiful Victorian homes, an island, an Ostrich farm, designed and marketed new construction, and many other types of real estate. I am a graduate of Indiana University School of Music. I hold both an undergraduate degree in Voice Performance and a Master's Degree in Performance. I am very proud of IU so if you are a graduate of Indiana University give me a call. GO IU!! Tom is a graduate of Whitworth College and received a Bachelor of Arts, major in in English with minors in Elementary Education and Art. Tom graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1977. His knowledge of cabinetry gleaned from designing and building custom cabinets as well as construction from his days as a framer bring a valuable asset to our business. Sequim is Washington's retirement mecca. I have lived here 18 years. During this time I've watched a sleepy farm town grow into a thriving community with something for everyone. We have excellent medical facilities, lots of entertainment and a growing school system. I have served in multiple positions on the Board of the Sequim Association of REALTORS most notably as President and as a former member of our Political Affairs Land Use Committee. I earned the John L. Scott President's Award for Outstanding Achievement in 1999, 2001, and 2003. I was awarded the President's Gold Award in 2004. I earned the Emerald Awards in 2002, 2005 and 2006. I am a supporter of Friends of the Fields Foundation, a nonprofit, charitable organization devoted to saving farmland in the Sequim Dungeness Valley as well as an Agricultural Land Commissioner for Clallam County. My husband, Tom Williamson is truly my partner in life. Our individual strengths combine to give you complete service, a balanced viewpoint of the community, sales trends and governmental regulations affecting our marketplace. If you are interested in selling or buying in our area please give us a call. We stand on our experience and reputation. It's one you can trust. Here are some quotes from satisfied clients: "From your first response to our e-mail until the sale closed you did a very professional job. You were honest and straightforward when there was bad news. You encouraged us to believe that there was a buyer out there somewhere and you kept trying different ways to market the property until you found that buyer. Clarice MacDonald and Jean MacDonald "We were very pleased with how painless the process was and of course the final result." Steve & Wansook Kim "My clients described you as a professional. I couldn't agree more! " Ann, Windermere Sequim East "You and Tom are the best, the perfect combination." Pat Ramsey "It felt like our needs were their highest priority."
