Keith Zeiler / TK2 Associates – Issaquah Real EstateI have sold Issaquah real estate since 2003, and have lived in two of the city’s master planned communities, the Issaquah Highlands and Talus. I have lived in Bothell, Queen Anne, and Kirkland as well. I currently call Issaquah my home. My teammate, Tim Andrews, and I specialize in listing & selling townhomes, condominiums & single family homes. We work extensively with clients relocating in to and out of the areas surrounding Microsoft, Amazon.com, Google & Boeing. Our clients value our focus on clear, consistent communication throughout the buying & selling process. We utilize specialized tools to provide our listing clients with automated buyer & agent feedback about their home and updates regarding our marketing activities, no matter where they are in the world or what time zone they find themselves in. We also utilize the latest mobile technology to communicate with our clients; using voice, e-mail & text messaging alerts to notify our buyers of new listings that meet their criteria or changes in market conditions that may impact their buying decision. Issaquah is the gateway to the Cascade Mountains and many of the neighborhoods have breathtaking views. Located on the shores or Lake Sammamish and just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle via I-90, the town is ideally located and very picturesque. Top rated schools and a thriving cultural atmosphere make this town a near-perfect place to call home. The Issaquah real estate market is diverse & healthy. New residents can choose from affordable apartments & condominiums to more expensive townhomes, luxury condos & single family homes of all ages, sizes & prices. The city of Sammamish is located to the east of Redmond. Also known as the “plateau”, Sammamish was recently incorporated and offers exceptional Cascade Mountain views. Sammamish residents enjoy a very active, diverse & inclusive community. The Sammamish real estate market has seen steady development since the 1990’s. Housing choices are varied, with rentals and homes to purchase at many price points. Redmond real estate saw a surge in development in the 1960’s & 70’s and has continued to grow since Microsoft made the town its world headquarters in the 80’s. We assist many Microsoft employees who prefer to live near campus. Redmond Ridge is the city’s best known master planned community. Here you’ll find retail stores, offices, schools, parks, a championship golf course and newer housing ranging from rental apartments & townhomes to condos & single family homes to fit many budgets. Most homes were built by Quadrant Homes. I have seen Kirkland completely reshaped over the years. In downtown you’ll find art galleries, restaurants, shops & a very pedestrian-friendly core. Boats gently bob up and down in the marina and you’ll take in spectacular views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline and the Olympic Mountains beyond. Kirkland real estate varies from high-end midrise condos to multi-million dollar homes to affordable 1960’s tract houses.
Bellevue is the "crown jewel" of the eastside. The city offers world class shopping, dining & entertainment venues, such as the area known as “The Bellevue Collection”. Located on the shores of Lake Washington and situated along I-405 & between I-90 & Hwy 520, it has the best access to both Seattle and the other cities of the eastside. The buzz in Bellevue real estate is in the mid and high-rise condo market. In fact, condo towers will soon outnumber office high-rise towers in the city. A growing pedestrian core is reshaping downtown and makes living & playing there very attractive to diverse populations.
