       I have been involved in the real estate market in the Cle Elum area for over 25 years.  I was born and raised in Ellensburg, received Degrees from CWU,  and  am very familiar with the entire Kittitas County.  I am a former resident of the Pineloch Sun community and am a current resident of Driftwood Acres on the shores of Lake Cle Elum.  I have specialized in the Lake Cle Elum area properties and have witnessed dramatic changes in demand for this area.  This is a recreation "hot spot" in the state of Washington.  The entire Cle Elum Valley is quickly becoming the place where people desire to live and play while continuing to work on the west side of the Cascades.  This has become increasingly true since the development of The Suncadia Resort just west of Cle Elum.
