 Marianne Barkman has been with John L. Scott Real Estate since 1997. As Senior Vice President of Washington Residential Operations, she oversees recruiting, production, personnel, programs, and profitability for the company-owned offices in South King County, Kitsap County, Pierce County, Bellingham, and Spokane.
Marianne has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She holds the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation from the Real Estate Educators Association, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP), and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Marianne is admired for her dedicated coaching style, success with office programs and systems as well as her forward thinking approach to real estate.
