  If you are looking for something a little different in an agent, you have come to the right place.  I believe that to be successful in this business you have to earn it, and that means SERVICE. Whether you are buying your first home or selling your last.  I will give you consistent quality service from our first meeting to the closing at escrow (and probably a lot longer than that).

  If it's experience you are looking for, you have found that too.  I have bought and sold real estate in Seattle since the early 1990s and have been a licensed agent since 1998.  During that time I have put a lot of effort in developing relationships with and earning the respect of many successful agents in our community.  While I live in the Madronna/Central neighborhood, I have a comprehensive knowledge that extends far beyond that.  I have sold homes from Shoreline to Renton with very happy clients to show for it.

  I believe that every person has different needs when it comes to buying and selling a home.  I don't have any sort of 'one size fits all' approach that I'm going to use.  My listening skills are exceptional and I will find solutions to your situation that work for you specifically. You will not be talking to some "assistant" of mine.  You will be dealing directly with me.  I will keep you as up-to-date as possible and you won't have to "wonder" what's going on.  You can always contact me through cell phone or e-mail and if I'm away from my desk or on another call, I will return your message promptly.  After all...it's what you deserve.
