The Alpenview Estates neighborhood consists of Alpenview Lane and the few cul-de-sac streets that protrude off Alpenview. It is a quiet neighborhood of established homes. 

People who live here enjoy a short drive to all that the east side has to offer, like Costco and the Forum Shopping Center; yet they are secluded from heavy traffic. The cul-de-sac offers great viewing of the Independence Day fireworks, which are set off on Pilot Butte. Some years the neighbors have been known to have a block party on Independence Day.
