Southwest Medford

Located on the edge of the urban growth boundary, southwest Medford has a mixture of neighborhoods ranging from homes built in the early 1900s to brand new turn-keys.

The areas closer to downtown are filled with mature trees and landscaping and have short work commutes.

Further south and west are primarily new homes built during the housing boom of the 1990s. Being closer to the foothills surrounding Jacksonville, homeowners there have the luxury of waking up to the beautiful views of the Siskiyou mountains.
