West Linn

Founded in 1843, what we now call West Linn is bounded along its eastern border by the lush Willamette river front and Willamette Falls and moves northwest through rich, hillside neighborhoods palatial with Mt. Hood and Portland views.

Voted one of America’s most livable cities, West Linn is home to approximately 24,000 residents who rank among the best educated in Oregon, with earned incomes well above the state average. It’s a city of neighborhoods, from the historic Willamette district, with its pioneer and Victorian era homes, to the varied contemporary architecture of newer dwellings quietly situated in the rolling hillsides.
