Pat Giles – Vice President of Marketing, eStrategies and IT

Pat Giles joined John L. Scott in 2008. A native of Hawaii, Pat was formerly based in Mission Viejo, California where she managed marketing, internet, agent training, and technology for 92 Coldwell Banker offices with more than 6,000 agents. Pat has an established track record of bringing together marketing, IT, and internet strategies to drive significant advancements in productivity and profitability. Pat oversees the marketing and internet divisions, which include advertising, creative services and web development. Pat is responsible for building upon John L. Scott’s successful marketing and internet programs through the integration of advertising, direct mail, collateral materials, web development, and multi-media in a manner that supports the operational excellence of all John L. Scott sales associates, broker/owners, and support team members.
