Peggy McNamara – Vice President of Agent & Client Services

Peggy McNamara, Vice President of Agent & Client Services, joined John L. Scott on January 1, 2008. Peggy oversees John L. Scott’s recruiting and retention programs and helps direct client services initiatives. In this role, Peggy manages the overall development of all training programs and curriculum at the CDC Real Estate School, and participates in coaching and training programs. Peggy came to John L. Scott by way of St. Paul, Minnesota, where she worked in several real estate training capacities, including founder and president of MarketShare EdS, a pre-license real estate school. She also served as Director of Education for Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minnesota. Peggy has been in real estate since 1992, working as a top-producing agent for several years before entering the agent services side of the business.
