Phil McBride – CFO

Phil McBride was appointed to Chief Financial Officer of John L. Scott Real Estate in June 2007. During the past 23 years, Phil has led the financial management of several notable real estate companies, including Coldwell Banker and the Fred Sands Companies, both of which he was credited with achieving significant financial and market-share increases. As John L. Scott’s senior financial executive, Phil is responsible for managing its financial policies, practices, procedures, and systems. He directs and oversees the financial activities of all John L. Scott entities, while providing economic outlooks and forecasts for future business growth. Phil leads the finance and accounting departments, including John L. Scott’s Vice President of Finance and Controller.
