A Power Team is an organized peer relationship and accountability group made up of 3-4 people and facilitated by a fellow John L. Scott Specialist. The team meets weekly and touches on the five vital areas of Productivity, Organization, Wow Factor, Energy, and Relationships.
 

Power Teams allow for an office environment of trust and encouragement, with team members supporting each other in their careers.  It does not get any better than that!
