Russ Cofano – Vice President and General Counsel
Russ Cofano is Vice President and General Counsel for John L. Scott. Russ has over two decades of experience as a practicing attorney in the Northwest including previous involvement with the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors, Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors, and Washington Realtors. Prior to joining John L. Scott, Russ managed the Washington Realtors Legal Hotline and served as an instructor for which he received Washington Realtor’s Instructor of the Year award. Russ is an expert on MLS and Real Estate intellectual property issues and has been a key contributor to a long list of important real estate legislation. |
