To say that buying a home can be a stressful experience is surely an understatement.  The physical search for a home is the easy part.  It's the subsequent financing, inspection and negotiations with sellers that help to make  this such a "memorable" experience.  

When you want to sell your home, you must find a real estate agent whom you trust, then you need to dig up records of every defect and/or improvement to the mechanical, electrical and structural systems in your house.  Then there's tidying, cleaning, painting, mending, mowing, weeding and trimming.  But the most important thing you can do to get ready to sell your home is to know your market so that you price your home competitively and with the best chance for a timely sale.  Can this be stressful?  You bet!
