About DeWayne

DeWayne has lived in the Northwest since 1965 spending most of his time on Whidby Island and in Chelan County. He is a retired decorated service Journalist, Public Affairs Specialist and Combat Air Crewman. After USN service he and his wife owned and operated three successful retail businesses and have traveled throughout the US, Canada & Mexico and parts of Europe. DeWayne spent a number of years as  Deputy Assessor for Island County. He particularly enjoys associating with people and combating challenges.

About JoAnn

JoAnn offers a wide range of experience in financial and revenues management. She has over ten years of professional sales experience while owning and managing varied businesses. JoAnn has eleven years experience with a Northwest engineering and survey firm. She is an "Accredited Stageing Professional" in Real Estate. JoAnn held a 10 year position of public trust as a Notary Public for the State of Washington. Her background with a Northwest Credit Union provides her with insight and understanding of your home buying, financing needs.

DeWayne & JoAnn are members of the Wenatchee Association of Realtors. He is a past Communications Director and she has been the American Red Cross Blood Drive Chairman of the North Central Washington Board of Realtors. They are both active leaders in their church. Both have been active as  Board Members of the Upper Valley Habitat Humanities. JoAnn holds the ASP designation (Accredited Staging Professional),and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and DeWayne holds the ABR designation (Accreditied Buyers Representative). Both have been involved in Scouting as leaders. DeWayne was past Vice President and Charter member of a Northwest Lions Club and Ducks Unlimited Chapter. JoAnn and DeWayne maintain a home office in Leavenworth. DeWayne & JoAnn enjoy the out-of-doors and have spent most of their recreation time in Leavenworth, Chelan, and Okanogan areas. They have enjoyed hiking, fishing. cross country skiing and snowmobile activities. DeWayne and JoAnn both enjoy river rafting, canoeing and kayaking the Central Washington waterways.
