Terry Kohlstrand – President of JLS REA

Terry Kohlstrand was appointed to President of the John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliate Division in 2005. With over 22 years experience in real estate, Terry’s career has focused on franchise sales, sales and management training, recruiting, and business consulting. Prior to joining John L. Scott Real Estate, Terry was affiliated with companies, such as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ReMax of California and Hawaii, where he contributed significantly to both company’s growth and overall success. Terry has also spent many years consulting some of the region’s largest real estate brokerages regarding merger and acquisition growth strategies. As President of the John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliate Division, Terry is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire franchise operations, management, and acquisitions.
