I love real estate! 

My background: My husband and I have been involved in our personal real estate experiences of buying, remodeling, selling, investing and developing, over the past 33 years. My past jobs have all been service oriented so have given me experience in a variety of areas:  I was a TWA  Flight Attendant, a dental office receptionist, a college admissions office assistant, a bank telller,  a Christian rock band manager/promotor, I have worked in pretty much every facet of restaurant work as well. The opportunity to serve and flexibility of my schedule being a Real Estate Associate Broker, ties in very well with my lifestyle. I find it hugely rewarding, as I meet the challenges and enjoy the rewards of working with people and properties. The training opportunities are also vast and allow me to keep up to date in my knowledge of this ever changing field. I really enjoy what I do and have definitely found my niche!

Currently: Our Whidbey Island office is also a sister office to the Seattle Metro Sales and Property Management Office, so now the potential for ways I can help you, your family and friends with real estate buying, selling or renting, has grown tremendously!

I was fortunate to have been again this year, the top producer in the Whidbey Island Office, and received for the third year in a row, The President's Award, from The John L. Scott Co.!  I have written over 230 transactions, and sold over $20 million dollars worth of real estate. I am also a Designated Relocation Agent, which qualifies me to work with international and national referrals, which has also allowed me to help military families buy and sell homes in different states across the country. 

FUTURE: I am planning to enjoy this coming year, working as an Associate Broker, with The John L. Scott Real Estate Co., and look forward to continuing to find ways to help buyers be creative with financing, refinancing, HELOCS, buying and selling.  It is what I do best! I love what I do and would enjoy meeting you, serving you and yours, and always welcome your referrals.
