Cobble Creek

Cobble Creek is a higher-end residential community in Auburn adjacent to the Auburn Golf Course. It is comprised primarily of custom-built homes in the $300,000-$500,000+ range, mostly on larger lots around 8,000-10,000 square feet. There are currently 73 homes, with the possibility of one additional home being built on the one buildable undeveloped lot.

Cobble Creek has wide, sweeping streets, and is lit by historic Seattle globe streetlamps. There is an active Homeowners Association, which has significantly aided in the appearance and maintenance of the neighborhood and neighborhood standards.

Homes are predominantly two-story, with several ramblers and day-light basement ramblers. All homes are single-family residential.

The neighborhood is close to the Green River and Isaac Evans Park, and the recently opened Copper Falls Restaurant integrally incorporated into the renovated Auburn Golf Course clubhouse.

Also close by are Green River Community College and downtown Auburn. The neighborhood has easy access to highways 18 and 167.
