Beaux Arts Village

Beaux Arts Village was established in 1908 and was later incorporated as a city in 1954. This small town lies on the Eastern shore of Lake Washington and is near the East Channel Bridge on I-90.

Approximately 300 residents of Beaux Arts Village enjoy their humble area while raving about its close proximity to the Eastside and their short commute to downtown Seattle. It’s one of the smallest areas in Western Washington but stands out as a desirable location for home owners because of the quaint, beautiful area weaved through sky-high trees, up and down small streets.

Many homes--from modern and contemporary to new and traditional--are either on waterfront property or within walking distance to Lake Washington. Residents enjoy the small streets to walk their dogs on and the large trees that provide shade for jogging into downtown Bellevue or to the close-by parks.

One of the best kept secrets for those who live within Beaux Arts is the private beach for residents to use at any time. It’s called the Western Academy of Beaux Arts and is a 1,100-foot stretch of Lake Washington waterfront nestled within Beaux Arts Village. Families are pleased to be part of the Bellevue School District. Their kids start at the Enatai Elementary, attend the Chinook Middle School, and end at the Bellevue High School.
